The All Clear Company, a division of Tipmaster Ltd who has been trading in
Leyton E10 since 1968.

Our roots stem back even further to 1886 when the founder began a bicycle
manufacturing business from his front room in Crownfeld Road, Leyton. The
group has come a long way since those early days and grown in to 6 successful
family run businesses employing over 120 people in London and Essex.
Located directly off Lea Bridge Road in Leyton E10, we have easy access to the
City Of London, Canary Wharf, the West End and are perfectly situated to cover
London and parts of Essex.

Here at the All Clear Company we are proud to offer our services to domestic,
commercial and trade clients. All work is undertaken by our own full time
staff to maintain a professional, reliable and cost effective level of service our
customers require. We also offer site visits to discuss your requirements in full,
whether you need rapid removal of unplanned waste in a small offce or home,
scheduled collections, ?y tipped areas or project managed site clearances.

We are fully licenced and own a 1 acre transfer station in the heart of the
East end of London. We offer a complete waste management service and can
manage any size of project.

Greater than 98% of all waste we collect is recycled and the rest is sent to RDF
(Refuse Derived Fuel) with 0 % sent to landfill.

We run a new modern ?eet of vehicles ranging from small 3.5 ton GVW (caged
and boxed tippers) up to 32 ton Roll On/Roll Off Hook Loaders.

All our vehicles comply with the latest FORS legislation and all are equipped
with vehicle tracking, live CCTV and driver monitoring cameras to ensure our
vehicles and drivers are protected at all times.

We operate a system that allows us to send jobs electronically to our teams
within minutes of taking a booking. Once the team have this they have all job
details and record information such as; before and after pictures, description
of waste, electronic customer signature, performance rating and tip ticket. An
activity log records all of our teams steps with a timestamp and geotag.
Finally it automatically produces a waste transfer note.

At The All Clear Company we recognise that all activities should
be carried out with an understanding and awareness of all
environmental matters. We place huge emphasis on the recycling of
materials in order to minimise the impact on the environment.

We are firmly committed to environmental preservation through
waste minimisation and innovative waste management techniques.
We are continually looking at our recycling processes to reduce
waste further thus improving our rates of recycling and reduce the
overall amount of waste that is taken for RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel).

RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) is a fuel produced from various types
of waste. RDF is used in heat and power facilities to produce
electricity and hot water nationwide. Compared to landfll, the carbon
emissions are far lower for RDF.

The constant refnement of our services and systems allows us to
adapt to our customer needs which enables us to offer complete
transparency in all areas of waste recycling.
